tokidu in Madrugo: your tasks in the daily plan and the calendar, in one tap
Connect tokidu in one tap, with no codes to copy, and its next tasks appear in your daily plan and, if they have a date, in the calendar. Tapping one takes you to it in tokidu.
The short answer: tokidu and Madrugo now talk to each other. If you use tokidu for your tasks and to time what each one takes, its next tasks appear in Madrugo's daily plan, on the web and on the iPhone, and the ones with a date show up in the calendar on that day.
What you see and what you don't
- Up to twenty upcoming tasks, first the ones with the timer running (with ⏱ in front), then by priority and date.
- In the calendar, on the day they are due, as an all-day entry.
- Read-only. Madrugo does not create, complete or time anything in tokidu: that is done there. That is why those tasks have no complete or delete button.
- Tapping a task opens tokidu on that task: the app, if you have it installed, and otherwise the web.
Connecting in one tap
On the iPhone, Settings → Connections → tokidu → Connect; on the web, Integrations → tokidu → Connect with tokidu. tokidu asks you to confirm and you come back to Madrugo connected, with nothing to copy or paste. Under the hood, tokidu creates read-only access and hands it to Madrugo with a code that works once and expires after ten minutes; that access is stored encrypted and bound to your account.
If you would rather do it by hand, that still works: create a token in tokidu, under My account → Integrations, and paste it.
Only the connection you start counts
While reviewing the security of this integration we closed a gap: a link prepared by someone else could connect their tokidu to your Madrugo and slip their tasks into your plan. Not any more. Every connection carries a random value that only the browser or app that started it knows, and Madrugo rejects any return that does not bring it back.
How to disconnect
From the same place, with "Disconnect", or by revoking the access in tokidu. If you revoke it there, Madrugo tells you it needs reconnecting and deletes nothing. The titles of your tasks may go into the AI summary; it is all in the privacy policy.
If you use other lists too, see how they live together in Todoist and Google Tasks in a single list. More connections in integrations.
